Made in 1978 in Ferlach Austria.
25 5/8” chopper lump barrels with integral rib on top tube , made in Bohler Rasant steel. Like new bores and chambers. Claw mounted Swarovski 6x42 steel tube with soldered rings.
Nice regulation as it shot 2 1/4” groups at 100 yards with the first two boxes of ammo I could find in the calibers ( Norma 156gr and Winchester 50 gr)
Comes with extra scope VXR 4 - 12 x 50 illuminated duplex reticule also in claw rings
3 piece forend , bluing in 95% condition. Blitz type action , with Purdey flat bolt and Kerten top fastener.
Double set triggers, manual safety, bushed strikers. 80% coverage engraving with scroll and game scenes. Coin finish in 90% condition. Jointing is tight and the rifle operates as it should. Weight is 8 pounds 4 oz with the scope and 7 pounds w/out.
Bavarian style stock with a 14 ¼” LOP over a ¼” plate, cheek piece, shin strap. Drop is 1 7/8” at face and cast off is 1/8”
The wood and the checkering are in 80% original condition. A sweet little rifle!
