This Chapuis rifle is a Chadicks import circa 1992. It has 23 5/8” barrels with bright bores and chambers .

Good extractors , good soldering and bluing in 90% plus original condition with a light frosting above the left chamber. The rifle prefers the heavier bullets cutting 1 3/4” with Federal 180 Classic.

Best group I got is with Federal Premium 200gr bear claw at 1 1/4” left above right (60 yds.).

Claw mount bases with a not so German set up …Leupold freedom 2-7x33 scope.

I can make some rings for most optic you would choose over it.

PH1 case color action with black furnitures, all in excellent condition both visual and mechanical. Long tang and trapdoor metal grip cap.

Nice walnut stock with 15 1/2” LOP over A .600 Pachmayr pad.

Very good condition with some hunting dents and scratches.

Weight is 7 Lbs. 11oz without scope 9 Lbs. 2 oz. with.
